Fall Festival

Last Wednesday was Fall Festival up at Central. There were plenty of kids and candy and even free fajitas! Our Bible study had the fishing pond booth where kids could fish for candy. I thought they were going to be fishing for real fish at first, but Magan informed me otherwise.

Jonathan and I shook on picking each other's costumes. He made me the IPod girl from the commercials...you can check it out at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_nNwSmstpY. I was supposed to dance around like that. I think I scared children. I made him Chuck Norris.

Happy Halloween!

Hey girls! I went to Mexico last weekend to an orphanage that my church in Austin sponsors and I helped build a barbed-wire fence. It's a very important skill to have. I will most-likely use that skill daily. Ha. Anyway, just wanted to share a few pics with you. There were 2 litters of puppies there and they were so cute! I'm not even a dog person, but these puppies were adorable. Hope you had a great Halloween!

Happy Birthday Magan!

Magan's 24th birthday was this past weekend and we celebrated with all the Merry Oaks' ladies and Kristen came in town also to surprise her! The night started off with the delicious La Bodega, next was singing Happy Birthday to Magan at the house, and then we took the cake to the fountain to eat and open presents. Since America's Top Model is the most watched TV show at our house we had to do some practice model walking at the fountain. The votes are in and Magan has the best model walk and Kelly won the prize for the puffiest lips in pictures.
